このたび、大阪市西区新町にて、KCC PARTNERSが運営する「KCC Building」が無事竣工いたしましたことをご報告いたします。

本ビルは、長年にわたり地域と共に歩まれてきた株式会社喜多商店様の所有建物を、次世代へつなぐ「バトン」として、弊社が継承する形となりました。
耐久性の刷新、そして空間としての再定義を図るべく、ユカワデザインラボの湯川晃平一級建築士とともに、単なる Renovation（再生） ではなく、Resurrection（蘇生） をテーマに2024年8月よりプロジェクトを始動。構想から施工まで徹底的にこだわり抜き、このたび無事完成を迎えることができました。

KCC Building（通称：KCCビル）は今後、大阪における若き才能や文化が交差する場として、地域と共に価値を育む拠点となることを目指してまいります。

We are pleased to announce the completion of the KCC Building, operated by KCC PARTNERS and located in Shinmachi, Nishi-ku, Osaka.

This building, formerly owned by Kita Store Co., Ltd., has long been rooted in the local community. As a symbolic passing of the torch to the next generation, we have proudly taken over its stewardship.
With the goal of enhancing both durability and spatial identity, we launched the project in August 2024 in collaboration with Kohei Yukawa, a first-class architect from Yukawa Design Lab.
Rather than a simple Renovation, we embraced the concept of Resurrection—breathing new life into the space.From conceptual planning to final construction, every detail was approached with the utmost care and commitment. Today, we are honored to celebrate its completion.

The KCC Building will serve as a hub where emerging talent and culture converge, contributing meaningfully to the vibrancy of Osaka’s creative scene.
